Six Nations Minor Lacrosse would like to gratefully acknowledge the Community Trust Fund for their contribution to our Association.

This assistance was timely, as 2004 saw a number of changes within the Association starting with our new logo & new name. A call for artwork was made and the designs for a new logo were presented to the membership at the 2003 banquet.

We introduced the logo and name in our first newsletter of the 2004. All of our teams played as "SIX NATIONS WARRIORS" with the new logo on new jerseys. The new jerseys for all 16 teams were made possible through the financial assistance of the Community Trust Fund. Our coaches and trainers for 2004 were certified using the funds received from the Community Trust Fund as well.

As one way of acknowledging that support, we had the Trust Fund logo printed on all of the jerseys. We are happy to be able to let our membership and community know of that assistance here on our website.

For 2005, our proposal to the Community Trust Fund included floor time, as the largest expense to the Association. We are pleased to report that the Community Trust Fund has approved our proposal for 2005 and will cover the floor time expense for this year.

Thank you to the Community Trust Fund to supporting the Association. With this support, the Trust Fund is acknowledging the investment we all must make in our youth. Once again this year, we have 16 teams, and the paperweight house league, with a player membership of close to 300 players.
